Managing the financial and emotional considerations of a real estate transaction can be a very sensitive task. With his diverse career that includes trading financial products, as well as performing stand-up comedy, Scott has an ability to help his clients carefully navigate those overlapping interests. Scott spent much of his early career serving as the head of a large banking institution's currency trading group. That experience gave him a broad understanding of the impact that intrinsic and extrinsic variables have on an asset's pricing; a valuation skill that he transferred to his real passion, residential real estate. In his alternate world of doing stand-up comedy in front of large audiences, Scott honed his skill at making people see the world through the prism of humor, a skill which serves to ease the emotional process of buying or selling a home. Scott has lived in Northern Westchester for three decades, with much of that time in Chappaqua and Bedford. With a real flavor for the features that distinguish the Northern Westchester towns, he is able to share the depth of that knowledge with his clients. Scott received his B.S. in Business Management at Cornell University, where he met and fell in love with his wife of thirty years, Amy. Together they have raised three grown children who by most accounts seem fairly well adjusted. The family has been involved with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Breast Cancer Research, Northern Westchester Hospital, and other local service initiatives. When he has time, Scott enjoys a round of golf with friends.
