Before moving to Bedford, Suzanne lived in France for several years followed by 8 years in Asia with her husband and 3 children. Suzanne graduated from Dickinson College and received a Masters in French from Middlebury College. Storrs grew up in Katonah, New York. After graduating from Miss Porter's School and the University of Vermont, she worked at Condé Nast Traveler in Manhattan. She moved back to Bedford in 1990 to raise her 3 children. Storrs's love and connection to Bedford is deeply rooted. She was an intern at the Rippowam Cisqua School where she has coached field hockey and lacrosse for the past several years. There she was a class representative, a member of the Parents' Executive Committee and now sits on the Alumni Board. A current member of the Bedford Garden Club, she has served as a volunteer for St. Matthew's Church and the John Jay Homestead. Storrs's meticulous organizational skills, familiarity with the area and ease with people, add to her tremendous work ethic. She spends her free time playing tennis, paddle and skiing.

Katie grew up in Bedford. When she and her husband moved out from New York City in 1993, there was no question where they wanted to settle and raise their family. Prior to entering real estate, Katie worked in the advertising business in New York City. Her professional years in Manhattan provided her with the invaluable tools of negotiating and marketing. She is extremely organized and thoughtful, providing her clients with unparalleled dedication and knowledge of the Bedford area. She learned from her mother-in-law, a Bedford agent for more than 20 years, that being a good listener is crucial. She is very dedicated to her clients and will always go the extra mile to close a deal. Her sales success is directly tied to her work ethic and friendly disposition. She attended Choate Rosemary Hall for high school and is her class agent. Following Choate, she attended Franklin and Marshall College. She is a past Vice President of the Bedford Elementary Parents Association and a 7th and 8th grade class representative at the Rippowam Cisqua School. Prior to coming to Renwick Real Estate, John was the New York sales representative for Callaway Golf. His 17 years of experience there gave him a thorough knowledge of the Westchester County area. John served on the board of the Bedford Pound Ridge Baseball Association and is a member of the Bedford Village Chowder & Marching Club. Christine (Tina) Foster has been with Renwick for more than 30 years and consistently is one of the top performing agents in all of Westchester County. She knows the market extremely well, handling properties of all sizes, ranging from the very smallest starter houses to the largest estates and most of her customers are either personal referrals or satisfied repeat customers. Tina is very involved in community affairs -- active with the Katonah-Bedford Hills Ambulance Corps, the Bedford Hills Fire Department and St. Matthew's Church. Tina was responsible for brokering the significant sales of Cross River House on Maple Avenue in Bedford and Turkey Mountain Farm on Turkey Hill Road in North Salem.

She has lived in New York and Connecticut and presently has licenses in both states. She specializes in Bedford, NY and New Canaan, CT. While the villages are quite different, the variety of homes is similar, both in price and design. Her artistic eye brings a perspective to every listing. She and her husband have remodeled many homes and understands the value of changing and upgrading a property. Managing the financial and emotional considerations of a real estate transaction can be a very sensitive task. With his diverse career that includes trading financial products, as well as performing stand-up comedy, Scott has an ability to help his clients carefully navigate those overlapping interests. Scott spent much of his early career serving as the head of a large banking institution's currency trading group. That experience gave him a broad understanding of the impact that intrinsic and extrinsic variables have on an asset's pricing; a valuation skill that he transferred to his real passion, residential real estate. In his alternate world of doing stand-up comedy in front of large audiences, Scott honed his skill at making people see the world through the prism of humor, a skill which serves to ease the emotional process of buying or selling a home. Scott has lived in Northern Westchester for three decades, with much of that time in Chappaqua and Bedford. With a real flavor for the features that distinguish the Northern Westchester towns, he is able to share the depth of that knowledge with his clients. Scott received his B.S. in Business Management at Cornell University, where he met and fell in love with his wife of thirty years, Amy. Together they have raised three grown children who by most accounts seem fairly well adjusted. The family has been involved with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Breast Cancer Research, Northern Westchester Hospital, and other local service initiatives. When he has time, Scott enjoys a round of golf with friends.

Prior to joining Renwick, Julia began her own fashion label that sold at Barney's and Neiman Marcus, as well as at high-end boutiques both here and abroad. The underlying skills she honed from her diverse earlier careers - design, marketing, negotiating - along with a commitment to community, are a natural fit when it comes to serving the needs of her real estate clients. Julia has served on the Board of the Katonah Village Improvement Society, the Town Comprehensive Plan Committee for the Town of Bedford, and she has volunteered as a Historic Homes Educator for the Bedford Historical Society. Julia earned her BA from Connecticut College, as well as her MA in Philosophy from NYU and her MPH from Columbia University.

She is an expert negotiator with years of managing cross functional teams and structuring new business partnerships. Kellie, her husband, and two children moved from Malibu to Bedford 10 years ago. Kellie has acquired, remodeled, and managed multiple residential investment properties in both California and New York. Cynthia has been a licensed real estate salesperson for more than 20 years. Cynthia grew up in Bedford and chose to return here full time with her husband, Paul to raise their family. Recently her son and his family moved here. They look forward to a 5th generation living and loving the area as much as they have. "Even if I hadn't grown up here it would still be the place closest to the city where I would choose to live and raise a family."  Previous to Renwick Real Estate, Cynthia was a Merchandising Director at Tiffany & Co. where she worked for 18 years and traveled the world buying China & Crystal. Cynthia has seen great success in real estate largely due to her depth of knowledge of the market and love of the business and community member. As an active member of the community, Cynthia has served on the Board of the John Jay Homestead, The Board of Rippowam-Cisqua School, Bedford Golf & Tennis Club and is active in the BRLA, Bedford Garden Club and the Bedford Hills Correctional Facility, including its renowned Puppies Behind Bars program where she served as Board member. In her free time there is nothing Cynthia loves more than bringing people together, be it organizing Museum & Art Gallery days in the City, theatre groups, or on the home front trips to the Katonah Museum, Brant Foundation, Grace Farms or teaching people to play Canasta or Mah Jongh. Jesse recently joined Renwick Real Estate after 12 years living and raising her three children and two dogs in a house just outside Bedford Village. Jesse is from the Baltimore area, finding her way to her husband’s home town after time living in Shelburne, VT, Boulder, CO and San Francisco, CA. She and her family love Bedford’s sense of community, the natural beauty of the area, the wonderful friendships forged and the historic charm that has been thoughtfully preserved for more than 300 years. Jesse studied Conservation Biology at the University of Wisconsin and received her Master’s degree in teaching from Johns Hopkins University. She left teaching to raise her children, all of whom are thriving in our local public school system. She finds great value in being involved with and giving back to the community. Jesse is a board member of the Bedford Historical Society, co-chairs the annual Reverse Rett NYC benefit for the Rett Syndrome Research Trust, volunteers as a girls coach for the Fox Lane Youth Lacrosse program and is co-chair of the Bedford Village Beautification Committee, which maintains the gardens around the Bedford Village Elementary School. Jesse grew up on a farm in Maryland and loves being outside, riding, hiking, gardening and spending time with family. As the daughter of a real estate agent, she has always held an interest in the subtle details and charm of properties, envisioning their potential and how to make them "shine." Jesse believes that a good home is at the heart of every person and family’s happiness, she wants to help others find this.

Missy has been with her family's fourth generation firm since 1982. She and her husband, Jim, are the principal brokers in their firm, Renwick Real Estate. She has experienced incredible success over the years. Her expertise spans all price ranges and types of buyers. Missy grew up in Bedford and is excited to share her experiences about the town with her clients. They have raised three children in Bedford and are very involved in all aspects of the community. Missy has consistently won awards from the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors for her high level of success. Missy is very accomplished at Paddle Tennis and Golf. Besides being a past golf champion at Bedford Golf & Tennis Club, she is a member of Westchester-Fairfield Women's Golf Association, Women's Metropolitan Golf Association, and U.S Seniors Women's Golf Association. She has served on the Vestry, including as Junior Warden at St. Matthew's Church in Bedford.

After a successful corporate career, Jim Renwick took over as President of the firm in 1997 and is the fourth generation to take the helm. Jim firmly stresses that as a broker he is a facilitator with fiduciary responsibilities to his client. His experience on the numerous Town and Realtor Boards, has lent to Jim’s high level of service, discretion and depth of knowledge for the community. Friends and clients continually seek Jim’s advice and counsel. Jim Renwick is a life-long resident of Bedford, married to Missy and has three adult children and four grandchildren. Jim has been past Vice President of Board of Realtors, past Treasurer and on the Ethics committee. Jim is also past President of Bedford Historical Society, past Chairman of Bedford Village Historic District, board of Trustees on the Rippowam–Cisqua School, the Harvey School, Bedford Village library and served a Director on the Westchester Land Trust and John Jay Homestead. He was also awarded Bedford’s Top 25 Most Influential people.

Margo Retz joined Renwick Real Estate in 2003 and hit the ground running. A lifelong resident of Bedford, Margo attended the Bedford schools with her three siblings and grew up with real estate in her family. Her father, Robert Webb, was affiliated with Bixler Real Estate in Bedford Village in the 1960s and 1970s. Margo graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor's degree in journalism from the Newhouse School. An avid tennis player, golfer and skier, Margo has always had an interest in sports. After college, she became International Sports Coordinator for Colgate-Palmolive in New York and traveled all over the world. But while her work with Colgate took her all over the globe, Bedford remained her home. She raised two children here, both of whom attended Bedford schools. She possesses a wealth of knowledge about the Bedford area and has been an active member of the community for more than 25 years. Margo brings her competitive drive and dedication to her work in real estate. Her motivation to succeed, her attention to detail and her invaluable commitment to quality service continue to contribute to Margo's success.

Libby grew up in Bedford. She attended Bedford Village Elementary and Rippowam Cisqua School. After graduating from St. Lawrence University, Libby lived in NYC while teaching 2nd grade at the Browning School. She married a Bedford guy and, soon after their wedding, returned to their hometown. They have lived in three homes in the area and have raised three wonderful children here. Her kids have attended both the local public and private schools. Libby has always had a passion for real estate. She has a great eye at seeing the potential in a house and worked alongside the architect in the renovations of her three homes. She is passionate about her love of Bedford and the surrounding communities. She looks forward to helping families find their perfect home that will bring to them the joy that Libby has found in this community. She is honest, straight forward and hardworking and one of Libby’s greatest assets is her local knowledge of the town she has spent her life in. Lothryn moved to Bedford from New York City with her family, quickly putting down roots and becoming an active member of the local community as the Co-Chair of the Parent Teacher Association, fund raiser and events organizer. She combined this with renovating her own home and an interior design business. Lothryn brings a wealth of local knowledge, connectivity to her profession and Real Estate role at Renwick. Hailing from England, Lothryn relocated to New York City in 2007. In London whilst working as an Energy Broker at Lloyds of London, Lothryn managed American legal contracts and has an exacting eye for detail. Having crossed the pond, Lothryn took her interest in houses and design to a higher level, studying at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York and then embarking on a career in Interior Design. Key to her success in her business is the ability to listen to, work with clients and help them visualize their own personal space to match their needs.
